High-Class Hi-Jinx for Some High Rolling Vegas Girls
It goes without saying that the Cosmo in Vegas provides the perfect setting for a girl’s weekend. Posh and elegant, it’s easy to imagine Carrie et al sipping on their own Cosmo’s inside the swank Chandelier Bar. So whenever we gals have a birthday to celebrate, or promotion, or just need to ditch town for a few days, our luggage gets set down at the Cosmopolitan.
First rule when flying into Vegas on a Friday night is to eat on the plane, or in the car, or in the cab. If it’s just a quick weekend visit, save the 5-star dinner reservation for Sunday and make Friday night all about the party. For us, this is a no brainer. We check in, change, and glam-ify and with one quick elevator ride we have arrived at the Marquee Nightclub. The Marquee is gorgeous, it's glitzy and it has a lot of energy. Best of all, if you need a few more to wind down before getting wound up, you can grab a quieter drink in the “Library”. This VIP lounge is the perfect preface to a party night.
Marquee has a long standing history of being the Vegas club to be seen at, and from our prime VIP table on the dance floor there are plenty of guys taking a gander.
Saturday morning is spent indulging in room service breakfast and massages at the SAHRA Spa. Then it’s time to don the suits and head out to the beach. With the help of Vegaster we get the VIP hookup at Tao Beach over at the Venetian. Smaller than the other pool parties, we always opt for a cool cabana to secure our own space. It’s classy at Tao, but loud at the same time, so having a place to chill away from the ruckus is a reprieve.
Saturday slides into Saturday night, when the beach becomes a blazing hot nightclub. After quick showers and quick eats at the Wicked Spoon, it is into club gear and back to Tao, and its super sexy party scene. The Asian flair only adds to the mystique, as the entire club pulsates with unbridled energy. The only “full” night in Vegas, we girls take advantage by keeping the drinks flowing at our VIP table at Tao until the dance floor clears.Wicked Spoon, it is into club gear and back to Tao, and its super sexy party scene. Sunday morning always comes too fast, but that doesn’t stop us from one more mega party before calling it a weekend. Luckily, the Marquee Dayclub is open Sundays, giving us that whipped cream and cherry we need to top off the revelry. Wanting to be at the center of attention now, we book a daybed poolside and let the games begin. Like its nightclub cousin, Marquee Dayclub embraces the finer things, shakes them up and lets loose a sizzling club scene.
The whirlwind weekend ends with a surreal supper and entertainment at STK before saying good night to the Vegas moon one last time. In barely 48 hours and in only 2 different hotels, the girls came, they partied and they conquered Vegas.
